    When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, phone number, company or institution, designation, approximate user count, area of interest and your message. We do not collect assessment content through this website.

    How we use it

    Your details are used to arrange and follow up on the demo or enquiry you requested, and to share plan scope and commercials where relevant. We do not sell your information.

    Product data

    Assessment records, performance data and certificates created inside the KUDOS platform belong to the organization operating the account. Access is separated by role between administrators and learners.

    Retention

    Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the commercial conversation, then deleted on request.

    Your rights

    You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you submitted through this site by contacting the address on our contact page.
